When Marge Simpson is knitting a sign with yarn that says: "Dome Sweet
Dome." This is a pun because the normal saying is home sweet home.

Where the comic book guy says: "I've spent my entire life doing nothing but collecting comic books...and now there's only time to say...LIFE WELL SPENT!" He spent time on comic books but also he spent all his money on them so it was a life well spent to him.

Where Bart Simpson says: You just bought another load of crap from the fattest fertilizer sales man!"

Where Homer is on the wrecking ball and it hits back and forth between a rock and a building called A Hard Place, like the saying "stuck between a rock and a hard place."
Where Arnold Schwarzenegger is the President, it is a slam on him being Governor of California.
The quote by Arnold Schwarzenegger: "I'll have to go back to making family comedies." this is making fun of how Arnold used to be in family comedy movies and then moved to a politician (governor of California)
The quote: "He's not Bano." by Collin to Lisa
Where the FBI say: "We actually found somebody."
The quote by the head of the EPA: "Cause I'm a rich man who wanted to give something back, something, not the money but something."

5 Irony Examples:

Where Homer says to his father: "A certain someone had a senior moment."
The quote said to Lisa by her mother, "The important thing is he listens to you", this is ironic cause most mean do not listen to women.
When Homer after bringing home the pig (and knowing his wife is not happy about it) says: "You smiled, I'm off the hook", when in fact even when we smile at men that does not mean they are off the hook.
The quote by Homer when he's looking through the Bible to figure out what is going on and he says "there aren't any answers in this book."
Where Homer says to Marge: "Marge, in every marriage you get one chance to say, "I need you to do this with me." Later in the movie Marge says this exact thing to him and he responses to her with: "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard."
